I SEE ME Foundation was founded with a simple but powerful belief: every girl deserves to see her worth, recognize her beauty, and understand her value & purpose.
We create safe, affirming spaces where girls can strengthen their confidence, develop healthy self-worth, and discover the power of their own affirming voices.

SPIRITUALLY GROUNDEDThrough affirmation, education, mentorship, and meaningful experiences, we equip them with the confidence and tools to become spiritually grounded, emotionally equipped, and mentally empowered.

I SEE ME creates experiences where girls are seen, heard, affirmed, and reminded of their worth. Through workshops, affirmation activities, mentoring, and community support, girls leave with stronger voices, greater confidence, and practical tools to carry into everyday life.
She begins to believe what we have been reminding her all along: she is beautiful, she has value, and she has purpose.

Girls participate, reflect, connect, speak, and discover new ways to see themselves.
Hands-on activities, guided reflection, group discussion, and affirmation exercises.
Recognize strengths, challenge negative messages, and develop a healthier inner voice.
Build relationships with mentors, volunteers, schools, churches, and community partners.
Practice speaking up, expressing ideas, setting boundaries, advocating, and communicating with purpose.
Experience spaces where girls can be themselves, feel seen and valued, and know they do not have to navigate life alone.

Girls build a stronger understanding of their value and a healthier way of seeing themselves.
Tools help girls manage emotions, set boundaries, reframe negative thoughts, and navigate challenges.
Girls are encouraged to use their voices, make healthy choices, pursue goals, and recognize their value, purpose, and contribution.
